The hotel operates both as a boutique hotel with luxurious accommodation and as a budget-conscious hotel with affordable rooms. The hotel offers various facilities, including a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access and currency exchange facilities. There are private, on-site conference facilities with audiovisual equipment. The conference rooms are also suitable for parties. Further facilities include a shop, a café and a bar called Studio 29. Room service is provided, and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park.

The rooms have a work desk, mini fridge, parquet flooring, a luxurious double bed with headboard, individually adjustable heating, cable/satellite televisión, plush bathrobes, a bedside alarm clock and a mini-bar (please see attached minibar list). The rooms are also equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, a hairdryer, radio, direct dial telephone and complimentary wireless Internet access. The standard rooms do not have a private bathroom, but guests can use the shared bathroom, and the suite also has a private walk-in shower.

At night the restaurant becomes a bar with jazz music on weekends.

The hotel has a bistro bar and serves light lunch entrees, such as soup and salad, as well as café favourites.
